  • Shipping To All Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship due to some restrictions in customers countries. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. 

  • Lost / Missing Packages

DENVERSHIP are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

  • Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

  • Shipping Address

We are not responsible for your wrong shipping address provided by you while placing order. Once placed order, please check your details, if any info missing let us know. If we found address info is not correct or required any other details we will send you an Email. Yoh have to provide the required details. If you failed to send the required details in 10 days from order placing date, we can't ship the order and you won't get refund your money.

  • Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

  • Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
